For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on meme3d. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. meme3d operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The meme3d Platform is operated for and marketed to Indonesian players. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your personal use of online gambling services is lawful, and that you are solely responsible for determining the applicable legal position in your location. meme3d makes no representation that access to or use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are under any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into such a contract, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by meme3d or by any other operator or regulatory body — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during which you use the Platform. If you are self-excluded from any gambling platform, you are obligated to self-exclude from meme3d as well.

3.1 Registration Information. To create a meme3d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity document — KTP), your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile number, and a preferred payment method. meme3d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one meme3d account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether created using different email addresses, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, meme3d will consolidate or close the accounts, void any bonuses associated with the duplicate account(s), and may forfeit any winnings generated through the use of a duplicate account.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your meme3d login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Any activity carried out through your account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified meme3d of a security breach in writing prior to the relevant activity taking place. You must notify meme3d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Transferability. meme3d accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3.5 Contact Details. You must keep your registered email address and Indonesian mobile number current and accurate at all times. meme3d will use these details for account verification, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). meme3d is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. meme3d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). meme3d does not accept credit card deposits.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by meme3d, though individual payment channels may have their own limits imposed by the respective bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to your meme3d Wallet Balance instantly upon confirmation of the incoming transfer. meme3d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or technical outages at the payment provider level.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed the meme3d KYC process (see Clause 8). Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending KYC completion. meme3d will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from those used to make deposits without completing an additional verification step.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. meme3d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, which run from the point of internal approval:

• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically within 5 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata: Typically within 15 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours; overnight requests processed next business morning.

These are indicative timeframes only. meme3d does not guarantee processing within these windows and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank maintenance windows, or regulatory holds.

4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and will be communicated in your account settings. VIP account holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

4.7 Inactive Account Charges. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. meme3d reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month to the Wallet Balance of an inactive account. meme3d will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before charges commence.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by meme3d are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is specifically designated as "wager-free", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for a given promotion is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount") and specifies the total bet turnover that must be completed before any funds derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the meme3d platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game category towards wagering completion will be specified in the promotion terms. As a general guide, live casino table games, video poker, and certain high-RTP slots typically contribute at a reduced rate. meme3d reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. meme3d operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the bonus system; using low-risk, high-volume betting strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; or coordinating with other players to achieve the same outcome. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. meme3d periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the Ramadhan fasting month. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, minimum account tenure, or specific KYC status.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. meme3d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honoring the terms of any promotion already accepted by a Player before the effective date of modification.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the meme3d Platform — including slot titles, live casino tables, and table game variants — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

6.2 Sportsbook Bets. All sports bets placed on meme3d are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and bet type. Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; a single void selection may result in the bet being settled as a reduced-leg parlay, subject to the rules applicable at the time of placement.

6.3 Void Bets. meme3d reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market affected by a technical error, a data feed error, or an event that has been subsequently cancelled or ruled a no-result by the relevant governing body. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Wallet Balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-bet payout limits apply to all products on the Platform and will be communicated in the relevant game or market interface. meme3d reserves the right to reduce payout limits for specific events or markets at its discretion.

6.5 Malfunctions and Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or disconnection during play, meme3d will attempt to reinstate the game to the state immediately prior to the interruption. If this is not technically possible, the hand, round, or spin will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. In no circumstance shall meme3d be liable for winnings that would have been achieved absent the malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meme3d Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and report to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or event.
• Using funds of illegal origin for deposits — meme3d operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and cooperates fully with lawful requests for information from relevant authorities.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing meme3d staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith — fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be pursued through legal channels.

8.1 Verification Requirement. meme3d is required to verify the identity and age of all Players who request a withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at any earlier stage — for example, at account registration, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or where meme3d's risk systems flag an account for review. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC is complete.

8.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC requires submission of the following: (a) a clear, colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); and (b) a selfie photograph of you holding your KTP, with your face and both documents clearly visible. Additional documents — such as a photograph of your Indonesian bank passbook or e-wallet profile screen — may be requested to verify the payment method used for deposits.

8.3 Processing Time. meme3d aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email and/or live chat once your KYC status is confirmed.

8.4 Document Security. All KYC documents submitted to meme3d are treated as strictly confidential. They are stored securely in accordance with internationally applicable data protection standards and are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes. Full details of how meme3d handles personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9.1 meme3d's Right to Suspend. meme3d reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account is being used in a manner that violates these Terms; (b) a security risk has been identified; (c) the account may be subject to fraudulent activity; (d) the account holder has failed to complete KYC within a requested timeframe; or (e) meme3d is required to do so by a lawful instruction from a competent authority.

9.2 Closure by meme3d. meme3d may permanently close an account where any of the following circumstances apply: material breach of these Terms; persistent violation of the one-account policy; confirmed fraudulent activity; confirmed underage access; or where the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of meme3d's systems or other players.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your meme3d account at any time by contacting meme3d support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (net of outstanding withdrawals in progress and any applicable inactive account fees) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.4 Responsible Gaming Closures. If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — meme3d will process your request immediately and will place a cooling-off period on the account that prevents re-registration for a minimum of six (6) months. See Clause 13 for full details of meme3d's responsible gaming tools.

10.1 Platform Content. All content on the meme3d Platform — including but not limited to the meme3d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, interface elements, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of meme3d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without meme3d's prior written consent.

10.2 Game Content Licences. The casino and live casino games available on the meme3d Platform are operated under licence from the respective game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Asia Gaming. These studios retain all intellectual property rights in their game content. meme3d is a licensed operator of these games, not the original developer, and does not warrant the availability of any specific game title at any specific time.

11.1 Platform Availability. meme3d endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or Force Majeure events. meme3d will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

11.2 Financial Losses. meme3d's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. meme3d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including lost winnings beyond the specific bet or game session in which a technical error occurred.

11.3 Third-Party Services. meme3d is not responsible for the performance of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications networks. Any losses arising from delays, errors, or failures attributable to these third parties are beyond meme3d's control and outside the scope of its liability under these Terms.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You access and use the meme3d Platform at your own risk. Gambling involves a risk of financial loss. meme3d does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or event, and nothing on the Platform constitutes advice to gamble or an indication that any game or bet is likely to result in a win.

meme3d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a meme3d account you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

meme3d does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except where: (a) required to do so by applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority; (b) necessary to process payments through our designated payment partners; (c) necessary to carry out identity verification through our KYC service provider; or (d) you have given explicit consent for a specific sharing purpose.

13.1 Player Tools. All meme3d account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings at any time, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended for the specified period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Set timed pop-up notifications during play sessions reminding you of your session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to real-money games for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The account remains open for review purposes, but deposits and bets are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your meme3d account for responsible gaming reasons, with a mandatory re-registration block of a minimum of 6 months. meme3d will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

13.2 Age Verification and Minor Protection. meme3d employs age verification at registration and during KYC to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Adults with minors in their household are advised to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites, in addition to keeping their meme3d login credentials secure and private.

13.3 Getting Help. If you believe your gambling has become problematic, contact the meme3d support team via live chat at any time — our agents are trained to handle sensitive responsible gaming conversations with discretion and empathy, in both English and Indonesian. You do not need to provide a reason to use any of the self-limiting tools described above; they are available on demand, no questions asked.

meme3d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility criteria, deposit or withdrawal limits, or bonus terms — meme3d will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the meme3d Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.3 prior to the effective date.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gambling platforms. meme3d does not make any representation that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and each Player is solely responsible for ensuring their personal compliance with local laws.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and meme3d regarding any game outcome, payment, bonus, or account action, the Player should first contact meme3d support via live chat or email to seek informal resolution. meme3d will acknowledge a formal dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to independent arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs, with arbitration fees shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

15.4 Game Outcomes. In any dispute concerning the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, the records held in meme3d's gaming system logs shall constitute conclusive evidence of the relevant game events, unless the Player can demonstrate a clear technical error in those logs. This clause applies to all products on the Platform including slots, live casino tables, and sportsbook markets.
